If you provide your phone number to TradeSource — by applying for a job, submitting your information through our website, online job board, or speaking with one of our recruiters — you may receive:

  • Communications from our AI Virtual Recruiter, which may call or text you on our behalf to screen candidates, answer questions, or schedule next steps

We do not send marketing or promotional messages unrelated to employment opportunities, and we do not sell your phone number to third parties.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your application status and job matches. You may receive multiple messages during active recruitment or scheduling, and fewer (or none) between opportunities.

Our Use of AI

Some calls or texts you receive from TradeSource may be generated or assisted by AI technology (our “AI Virtual Recruiter”), rather than a live person. These interactions are used to screen candidates efficiently and connect you with a human recruiter when needed. You may request to speak with a live recruiter at any time by replying to a text or asking during a call.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message from TradeSource at any time to unsubscribe from text communications. You may also contact us directly using the information below to be removed from calling or texting lists.
